Is my order OK? How do I know if I've paid? Where's my order?
- For each paid order that you've placed you should receive a confirmation email from PayPal
- If you received a payment verification email from PayPal your order is fine
- You can check your order using the "View Purchased Lunch orders" link after you log in
- If your order is not listed on the order page click the "View unpaid orders" link located at the bottom of the page
- Your order may be listed as unpaid for up to a week after your initial transaction.
This can happen if:
- You paid by e-check which can take up to 5 days to clear.
- You failed to click the "Return to Merchant" link after paying on the PayPal web site.
- Orders listed as Unpaid or Pending can mean two things
- We have not manually marked your order paid yet...please be patient
- The "order" is an old shopping cart for which YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED
How do I view the items that I've ordered?
- Log in and select "View Purchased Lunch Orders" from the "My Account" section. Click on the order number to view the order items
I can't login
- Make sure you do not have your capslock key on
- Passwords are case sensitive
- Are you using the correct password? Send me my password
- Your system user name is the email address you provided during registration
- If you used cut and paste to enter your email address make sure additional characters were not included
- I've exceeded the maximum allowable login attempts
How do I enable cookies in my browser?
PayPal won't accept my credit card
- Enter your credit card number without any dashes or spaces
- Enter your name EXACTLY as it appears on the card...including middle initials and any punctuation
- Enter the billing address listed for your credit card
- Enter the Telephone number on record with your credit card provider
